QUALITECH'S STORY

Qualitech Drafting & Designs was an idea that generated while I was working as a draftsperson, later becoming a senior draftsperson, for a building company on the east coast of Australia. Too often I noticed clients signing up to preliminary agreements to obtain accurate quotes, to later be charged over and above the agreed amount. 

I saw a great opportunity to provide honest and affordable services for people who are looking to build or invest in their dream home. I am able to help, guide, and teach customers through this process. This service extends to alleviating builders workload and freeing up their time to focus on what matters. While focusing on preliminary, contract and council plans I am able to accurately design your home the way you envision it. While providing essential insight to pricing, regulations, practicality and comfortability for whatever your desire. This also allows builders to quote custom homes accurately with quick and effective turnarounds. 

 

While freelancing on the weekends since 2016 I unofficially founded my business. I had set up a business plan, pricing and goals. Unsettled on a business name or logo I eventually, officially, registered an ABN in 2019 and started trading under Worth Services Drafting & Designs which soon evolved into Qualitech Drafting & Design.

Part of our service includes the full ownership and copyright of the plans and all necessary documents required for council and accurate pricing.

This allowed the clients to take our services to any known builder with all the necessary documents to accurately price that plan. The key to Qualitechs services is the flexibility clients have to receive a price from multiple builders at once. This also eliminates unnecessary work for the builder as pre-contract plans and documentation are completed ensuring ease of a transition into a contract. 

With the pursuit of creating beautiful homes for people around the country, I take pride in my work and my services. Whether I’m designing my own home or a new home, investments, business blocks or an outdoor recreational centre.
